The views from my window were absolutely breathtaking, showcasing the bustling city below and the iconic skyline in the distance. The employees were very understanding and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I only wish I had gotten the names of the ones who helped me during our visit. One memorable interaction was when the concierge went out of his way to recommend a hidden gem of a local restaurant, which turned out to be an unforgettable dining experience.

The bland decor of the property didn't quite match up to the vibrant energy of the city, but it was a minor detail in an otherwise fantastic stay.

We traveled with a pint-sized gang and snagged a room with two double beds, but the lack of a fridge put a chill on our stay. The elevators are the real drama queens here, with wait times longer than a Broadway show intermission.

The breakfast is average, and there are many dining options nearby. Despite this, the hotel's central location allowed for easy access to landmarks such as Top of the Rock, St Patrick's Cathedral, and Broadway, fostering family bonding. the leisure facilities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a TV room, offered relaxation opportunities during our stay. The staff, although helpful in some areas, displayed inconsistency in service quality.

This place is pretty big, and they've got a nice pool that's well-kept. It's in a good spot for checking out all the sights, which is cool. Our room had a desk for writing and even a kettle for making a cup of tea. 🏊‍♂️

The only minor setback during my stay at The Watson Hotel was the initial interaction with the staff regarding payment issues. Although the young man I encountered was proactive in offering a solution, the first encounter with the young lady left me feeling slightly unsettled, as it seemed she was not very helpful or interested in addressing the issue.

Large units with great view, comfy beds, as example, and absolutely kind staff. A great selection of outstanding food. Upscale hotel in a central location close to a subway stop.

The place was impeccably clean, the room was spacious and newly renovated with a cozy bed; the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to assist, and we had a room with stunning skyline views.

The price was jaw-dropping and the cleanliness was on point. The elevator was an interesting addition to our experience, feeling like a part of elevator inventions research. The location was excellent, near popular attractions and restaurants. The rooms were large, allowing for fresh air and the bar area was nice with a friendly staff.

My decent sized and new-fashioned room came with comfortable beds, a refrigerator, coffee maker. The design was nice. The location was magnificent and incredible, just off the best sites of NYC and the personnel as well as Central Park and Times Square under 20 minutes.

The room I stayed in was a good size and had all I needed, plus it had an amazing view of the New York skyline. The hotel is in a great location, close to all the attractions, nice restaurants, pharmacies, Broadway. Also, it's just a 5-minute drive from The Pond.
